Collaborating Movement with Stillness what does that mean? I think of it as cause and effect. Cause and effect, is the relationship between two things, when one thing makes something else happen. 

Yoga, Cause, and Effect: Yoga serves as a journey toward discovering the question, "Who am I?" Consistent practice brings increased flexibility and boosts our confidence, enabling us to navigate life with greater acceptance of ourselves. By releasing ingrained negative narratives, we can achieve a state of peace. Movement acts as a source of healing energy.

Massage: The Connection Between Cause and Effect Massage is a caring, therapeutic practice recognized for alleviating various painful and emotional challenges. Engaging in regular massage therapy promotes our physical and mental well-being. It encourages us to prioritize our need for rest. When we embrace support and surrender to the moment, we find stillness, allowing ourselves to rejuvenate and restore our energy in a positive way—where stillness becomes a powerful healing force.

With three decades of yoga teacher training and massage education, I became a dedicated yoga coach and massage therapist. Practicing yoga poses fosters mental and physical alignment, promoting functional disciplines that enhance life both on and off the mat, leading to a conscious awakening in body and mind.

I am fully committed to my massage practice and believe in its healing power.
